Nexus Alliance was responsible for designing, organising, and managing the Foundation Skills Training Program (FSTP) for NNPC. The program trained 200 graduate engineers and 400 technicians/operators, equipping them with essential skills to thrive in the petroleum sector. Nexus handled all aspects of the program, from curriculum development to providing teaching aids and materials.
